This Privacy Policy explains how Safal Shrestha("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Pose Camapplication (the "App"), available on Android and iOS. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

• Pose analysis results processed on-device to provide pose guidance and capture assistance

Information that may be collected automatically as you use the App:

• On-device pose analysis results used to provide real-time guidance
• Local app settings and preferences stored on your device

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Camera
• Photo Library / Photos
• Storage or media access where required by the platform

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• Capture photos and videos
• Provide real-time pose matching and guidance
• Allow you to save captures to your device
• Allow you to import reference images or media into the app
• Maintain local app settings and functionality on the device

Where required by applicable law (such as the GDPR), the following legal bases apply to our processing of personal data:

• Consent for camera, photo-library, and storage permissions
• Legitimate interests in providing, securing, and maintaining the app's functionality

The App does not currently integrate any third-party services or SDKs that process personal data.

• Pose Cam does not sell personal data
• Core media and pose-processing data remains on the device and is not uploaded to the developer's servers
• Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud and abuse

Pose Cam is designed so that captured media, imported reference media, and pose-processing activity remain on the user's device. The security of that data depends in part on device-level protections such as screen locks, operating system controls, and permission settings.

Locally stored Pose Cam data remains on the device until the user deletes the media, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app.

Pose Cam is designed to keep its core media and pose-processing data on the device. If you contact the developer directly, your message may be processed using standard email infrastructure that can involve international data transfers.

Pose Cam is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Revoke camera, photo-library, or storage permissions at any time through device settings
• Delete captured or imported media from your device
• Clear the app's local data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored information
• Contact the developer with privacy-related questions or requests
