In-App Deletion Steps

  • Open Business App and sign in.
  • Go to Settings > Account.
  • Select "Delete Account" and confirm the request.
  • TEST ONLY: assumes deletion requires confirmation and is processed after request verification.

Alternative: Request Deletion by Email

  • Send an email to the contact address below from the email address associated with your account.
  • Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request – Business App".
  • Include your registered email address or username so we can locate your account.
  • We will confirm receipt and process the request within the timeframe stated below.

Information That Will Be Deleted

  • Profile information (name, email address, phone number, profile image)
  • Messages sent and received within the app
  • Uploaded files associated with your account
  • Push-notification tokens and device identifiers linked to your account

Information That May Be Retained

  • TEST ONLY: limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or backup recovery.

TEST ONLY: retained records are kept only as long as needed for legal, security, or operational reasons, and no longer than 90 days unless a longer period is legally required.

Expected Processing Period

TEST ONLY: account-deletion requests are expected to be processed within 30 days after verification.
